Terms of Service
Terms for using Schedly.
Effective and last updated: September 30, 2026
1. The service
Schedly provides tools for planning schoolwork, managing assignments and schedules, organizing resources, tracking focused work, and using supported AI-assisted features.
2. Your account
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Do not share passwords, access tokens, API keys, or MFA codes with other people or support requests.
3. Acceptable use
Use Schedly lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users, infrastructure providers, access controls, or security measures. Do not attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
4. ChatGPT and connected services
When you choose to connect Schedly to ChatGPT or another supported client, that client may request Schedly data and may initiate supported changes on your behalf after you authorize the connection. The Schedly integration is limited to the permissions and records available to your authenticated account. Third-party services also operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. AI-assisted features
AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important dates, plans, summaries, and generated content before relying on them. Schedly is an organizational tool and does not replace instructions from your school, instructors, or official academic systems.
6. Your content
You retain responsibility for the assignments, notes, links, files, schedules, and other content you add. You grant Schedly the limited permission needed to store, process, and transmit that content to provide features you request.
7. Availability and changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update the service to improve security, reliability, or functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to abuse or security risks, or comply with law. You may stop using Schedly and request account deletion through the controls provided by the service.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Schedly handles personal information.
10. Disclaimer
Schedly is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for verifying deadlines, course requirements, submitted work, and other academic information.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made, and material changes may be communicated through the service when appropriate.
12. Contact
